Current Projects

CANCER PATIENTS & SURVIVORS PROJECT 2023

We are a startup nonprofit organization. So far, we have established two community-support programs to ease cancer patients’ recovery journeys to wellness. Additionally, there are two programs that are currently in development. Please see below for more info.

Vendors Program

The aim of this program is to help cancer patients with their cancer-recovery costs by minimizing the impact of related expenses through discounts and reduced fees across different services.  CPSP2023 has secured 15% discounts with various vendors for the insured and uninsured cancer patient or survivor alike—such as acupuncture sessions, dental care, hair care and replacement glasses.  Please see www.cpsp2023.org/resources-1 for more information.

Cancer Buddies Program

The aim of this program is to walk with cancer patients through their treatments, be it chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery.  It is about being there for them—to check in, to see how they are doing, physically, plus, symbolically, to let patients know that they are not alone.  Many patients may share the same type of cancer, but each will have their own individual, unique journey towards recovery and survivorship.  Please write to 2023cpsp@gmail.com for more information, or simply complete this contact form www.cpsp2023.org/contact.

Healing Methods &

Micro Grants Programs

The aim of the Healing Methods Program is to help cancer patients and survivors learn more about a variety of methods that can aid cancer recovery, such as acupuncture, meditation, qigong, tai chi and yoga.  Healing Together has been launched; and at this time, the Breathwork segment is live and available at our site, www.cpsp2023.org/healingtogether.

Additionally, the Micro Grants Program is designed to help individuals who are disabled by cancer or are on public assistance; for more information, please see the iShared My Lunch Money initiative, www.cpsp2023.org/isharedmylunchmoney.  Its aim is to provide a small grant so that groceries can be delivered readily; or a small appliance purchased for easier meal preps; or simply, the replacement of a much-needed medical supply.

These two programs are at their different stages of development.  Please visit and re-visit our site for more info.
